The ACT Heritage Library is partnering with Family History ACT to offer free one-hour learning sessions on a range of family history topics.

These sessions will be held on the first Saturday of every month onsite at the ACT Heritage Library in Canberra.

The first session will be for those wishing to research family history local to the ACT and southern NSW regions, and future sessions will be on a range of more general topics.

Researching locally

Presented by Sue Pillans and Cheryl Bollard from Family History ACT, this talk explores resources available to search your family history in the ACT and Southern New South Wales including Trove!

Library staff will be on hand to join new members and to assist you to use the lending collection of the ACT Heritage Library to assist with your local research.
